Privacy

This page is a draft for legal review. It does not name an operator, address, or counsel. Do not treat it as final legal advice or a binding company identity.

This website intends to store only what is needed to run applications: your Discord user id, Discord display name, RP character name, optional time zone and RP experience, and your yes/no acknowledgements.

Discord authentication is handled by Discord. We do not ask for a password on this site. We do not collect payment card data in this version.

Data lives in the website database (Neon Postgres), separate from any GTA or streaming backend. We do not store IP addresses or email addresses for applications.

To request deletion of your application data, open a ticket in the BunnyStream Discord and ask staff to delete your RP application record. Staff will remove your application row and related audit entries tied to your Discord user id.
